Hi have you done any water tests, plus have you been moving any rocks or sand about lately as if you have you have most likely disturbed some Sulpher Dioxide which will kill all life. Its no good saying all the fish are dead as we can not see them so we need some more info before we can help. HTH Twiggy

get some water done quick so you can find out if there anything in the water causing it,then you might be able to save what fish you have left.derek

Hi you have the DSB in the tank, that is maybe the cause when the p/h disturbed the sand it will have released toxins into the tank so killing the fish. HTH Twiggy:D

Hi it sounds like the clown has maybe been affected by the spike somehow, just keep an eye on her and see how she fares. Also maybe do some good quality water changes to help dilute what is in there. Twiggy:D:D

Just a thought but what powerheads do you have? It could have been oxygen depletion (clowns eyes?)- not enough surface movement, that killed the fish then when you've moved the rock, as Tangman said, released 'baddies' into the water. For a tank your size you should have at least 2000 litres/hour movement preferably more than double that.
