Anyone know where the starter units are on system 2000 lights ???

Just normal tubes can't find a starter halides work but not the tubes going to get some more tubes tomorrow and see if it is that

Otherwise any ideas ???

Wiring looks fine no burns ir cuts

Any sparkys tell us what to look for ??
