True blennys are considered reef safe but if its mouth is bigger than the shrimp then I would guess it could well be debated. They obviously eat small live food in the sand / rocks so they may see the sexy shrimp as food. Convict blennys get big so it may well boil down to the individual fish.
Hope this helps but do not know for certain.

as macca says individual fish are all different i used to have one of the convict blennys ( one of my alltime fav fish) and i had no problems with it but i only had really small cleaners in at that point and they grew quite quickly

hmm well i guess theres only 1 way to find out, if i suddenly notice shrimp missing ill have to take the blenny out, its not even for my tank im just keeping it until i can put it in my sons chromis at christmas, he hasnt touched my blood shrimp or 2 cleaners but i guess there a lot bigger then the sexy or blue legged boxers
i would think the boxers would be ok :D
