    Default everything dieing

my tank went a bit cloudy on sunday morning and now all the softies are shedding and the fingers have turned black all the snails are dead and the fish seem sluggish

Tested the water and the result are as follows

    ammonia 0
    nitrite 0
    nitrate undetectable
    phosphate 0.013 (D&D)
    magnesium 1350
    calcium 430
    DKH 10
    PH 8.3

I havnt got a clue what could have caused this the only thing I can think of is the fact that i added Epsom salts and Seachem reef builder in on the same day and this may have caused some sort of chemical reaction.

I am running carbon and changing it every 12 hours and am mixing up 200L water change so fingers crossed.
