Default Mexican Red Tip hermit crabs

Ok we have all tried blue legs (naughty omnivore) and red legs (lazy omnivore), but have you ever tried the Mexican Red Tip (classed as a herbrivore)???

Well all I can say is they are the best hermit crab by FAR!

Have a read what leroy at Garf.Org says about these little hermits

    http://www.garf.org/HERMITSHOW/HERMS...onthermit.html

    An Intresting Read.

    James

PS Thousands of these little beuties arriving next week. :D

    Smile be safe

You have more to lose by starting off with 20.
If you go gradually you will be safer.
If all goes well with the first 6, then I would go for the big 1.
    Kindest regards Chris
p.s. if you have never tried these critters, they are great.

Do you know how much these are going to retail at James?

Heard nothing but good things about these critters but never seen them for sale.

    Cheers

Matthew, Due in on Wednesday. Will have a retail price for you then. They can also be purchased from our sponsors. :D I am seriously considering trying to push these so much to the UK market that blues and reds will no longer be available from our site. Unfortunately not everyone knows about these hermits yet but I dont think it will be too long before they will be the no1 hermit in the UK. Very very popular in the US.

I’ll definitely give some a try. It will be interesting to compare them to the Scarlets that I got from you, those guys put my Reds to shame. It’s just a shame they seem to nest in a couple of my acro’s which does upset them a little.

I think the biggest factor will be the price, if you can pitch them at similar price to reds and they prove as valuable as their reputation claims, hopefully you’ll be on to a winner.

I got a dozen mexican red tips from James a few months ago and can confirm they are great wee hermits. Always busy and eating. Would highly recommend them.
