heres the plan i made for a rowaphos reactor

I took this to a plastic company and they made it for me for £30. Although I am friends with the owner:D

I've just seen the perfect container for making a reactor with, A spaghetti jar, A glass jar with a plastic screw on lid would be perfect if you drilled 2 holes in the lidused bulkhead fittings a few lengths of plastic pipe and some filter foam voila a reactor for under a tenner:eek:

i was thinking about spaghetti jars, just dont know where to get one from, i think you can get ones with clasp lids, they look like they could work well :)

I ran a spaghetti jar fluidiser for a while on my first tank. worked fine. It had one of those clamp on lids though instead of a screw in one.

I made a new one last year from scratch. Almost exactly the same as what John posted above. Works just as well. The materials were bought from Ebay.

Ste, Asda and Home Bargains get them in from time to time. Tends to be the cheepie shops that has them in.

I'd gor for a plastic one, its gonna be really hard to drill the holes for the hosetails on those Ikea ones.
