    Default Which flake Food?

    Hi All,

Which flake are you feeding your fish?

I'll be stocking 2 tomato clowns and a goby with probably 1 additional fish, which im yet to decide which fish!

i've heard New Era flake is very good?

What about the formula 1 flake?

Im planning on feeding Mysis as a treat every few days.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Variety is the spice of life - so I tend mix and match both New Era and Ocean Nutrition.

I feed my tomatoes and gobies on Formula 1 flake and occasionally a brine/mysis/cyclopeeze mix. The fish you list are predominently meat eaters so probably better to go for the meatier flake rather than the herbivore stuff.
