Hey,
Does anyone have any opinions regarding tank breed as opposed to wild clown fish.
I know tank breed are more likely to stay at the top of the tank but thats about it. Just wondered if there are any Pro's or Con's to these 2 options.
Cheers

tank bred are usually considered to be hardier. Obviously no impact on wild stocks with tank bred too.
tank bred are supposed to be hardier, but they seem to just hang about near the top of the tank or near the bottom.the pair i have never move more than 12in from the bottom corner, they wont go into an anemone but the two wild pairs i have each have their own anemone and look a lot more content.i would never purchase a captive bred pair of clowns again others might disagree.derek
