    Default Clean up crew

Just a quickie, now all water params are ok, last week we added 2 mexican red tips (1 has left its shell and hasnt been seen for days) and 2 snails, and they seem quite content.
We have a 155l tank so just wondered how many critters we need for a good clean up crew and what should we get.

I am going to get a peppermint shrimp and blood shrimp in a few weeks

    Hi,

i have exactly the same CUC at present...got 2 mexicans and 2 turbos from MT on saturday...as they were my first livestock thought would just trial a couple of each first to see how they go...will be adding CUC over coming weeks.

Next will be peppermint and eventually a blood shrimp.

id say you want at least 12 turbos and 12 mexicans in a tank your size...but thats just my opinion...im going for 6 of each in mine i think and i have a 90ltr tank.

For the next batch I would get 10 snails and 10 crabs.

Ask James to give you a selection of glass cleaners and sand cleaners for the snails.

I think in a good CUC, variety is key.
