pair of scopaz tangs

hey all, quick question about scopaz tangs....

i was wondering if anyone had ever kept them as a pair or with a yellow tang. i know they can be aggresive towards anything vaguely resembling them in body shape.

i have 1 already and have been offered another, do you think i should get 1 more to make 3? perhaps take the heat off the less dominant 1 or forget it and stick with just the 1?

a friend of mine kept a one with a yellow tang and it would bully it all the time,in the end he had to rehome it.it could be world war three if you add another one to one which has been established in the tank.tangs are best added upwards of 3 or more.yellow and regal tangs usually do ok in groups but they still squabble among themselves.i have have not kept more than one scopas in a tank so unless you have a genuine pair i would be very wary.derek

Hi as said by Moorish i am that person who had to rehome the Scopas as he bulllied the Yellow Tang until he nearley killed him. IMO you want to stay with what you have and dont add any more Tangs at all:D HTH. Eic
