Default Which Corals for a Nano

    Hi all

I have a 12gal Nano which has 2x 12" interpet daylight plus t5 compacts in.

Which corals would you suggest are best? I want to add a splash of various colours to the tanks.

I'm just setting up a 4 foot tank with sump, so due to the size that things grow this won't be a real problem as they will be moved into the bigger tank.

I currently have 5 headed branching frogspawn, and some sporadic polyps.

Live stock: 1 humbug, 1 domino, 1 green chromis, 1 chalk bass, 1 citron goby.

Inverts: 6 blue leg hermits, 6 red leg hermits, 2 peppermints, 1 sexy shrimp.

    All doing really well.

I think you'd probably get away with the ricordia. how deep is the tank?

thats fine as long as you keep the sizes down, you can always trim xenia and a leather.

I think probably most would be ok in in a nano, as long as you have a sharp pair of scissors.

You can put any corals in a nano tbh. With perfect water conditions even SPS can thrive under T5s due to the shallow depth ;)
