Hi stewart there is a faint white bloom over some of the rocks is this normal, is it algae ? and should I now be putting in a cleanup crew Couple of snails and 1 crab
I'm not sure I've seen faint white colouring but certainly you are likely to witness algae blooms as part of the cycling. The thing to make sure of before cuc go in is thst they have something to eat. Usually the glass is the easiest surface to witness the algae starting on - any sign of that? If yes then it'll be on the rockwork too and you can plan adding cuc. Stewart
