    Default Feeding

    hey all,
just curious as to what food people use or would recommend.
Also, is there some thing I can do to "enrich" the lives of my stock, like burying food for me yellow watchman?

For the yellow watchman I recommend New Era Algal Pellets. They sink and my gobies and wrasses love them. Generally I use various frozen foods like mysis, krill and enriched brine shrimp all thawed then rinsed in RO. For main tank I use various types of Ocean Nutrition Flake. Stewart
