Talking Thinking of starting a Nano

Hey there everyone! I've always been facinated with marine tanks and would like to start one myself, I don't have much space at the moment so I was thinking of a nano tank. I have been looking at a few options:
Buying a brand new tank, either this: http://www.seapets.co.uk/products/aq...r48-black.html
    OR this http://www.swelluk.com/aquarium/fish...um-333199.html
Another option was to buy a used nano tank, but I am having trouble finding one near by, I've tried Gumtree and eBay and nobody seems to be near me selling a nano tank!
Another option was to buy a freshwater tank and convert it over to a marine tank. This: http://www.viovet.co.uk/Pet_Store_It...ck_find=123770

I was thinking of having a couple of corals to start with and see how I go with that before thinking of any fish, any info is greatly appreciated!

Hi and welcome. The tanks you've listed are very small but you say the space you have is limited. I'd compare the sizes of a Boyu as I have one which was originally a quarantine tank but houses two clowns permanently now and it's a very compact tank with filtration concealed at the back. If you can fit one in but think they're dear then be patient there's usually some for sale when people upgrade. That's the other thing to think about. Money outlaid just now, if you get the bug, can be money wasted if you think quickly after starting that you want a bigger tank. Either way read well and ask plenty and we'll advise as and when required. A popular way of adding corals is to go for frags from someone local who will either sell cheaply or donate to get you started. I travelled down to Newcastle this time last year to get my nano so look a wee bit further afield too if you're prepared to travel and if you buy an existing tank set up then you have more comfort in the knowledge it works if you're just starting out.
