That looks like a sun coral polyp but I could be wrong. Nice tank by the way! Everything looks well.

cheers mate, just google imaged that and it looks exactly like what it is cheers, looks quite nice too

Yeah they are one of the nicest corals IMO, never kept them myself but they need low light and need to be fed as they don't take energy from light.
