cheap tangs - expensive round trip!
Just returned from my fab trip to NZ to see big son and tank has survived amazingly well. parameters are all good
Stopped off in Hong Kong for a few days and visited the 'goldfish market' where all manner of goldfish and tropicals can be purchased. Several shops had fantastic marine display tanks but were very unhappy about pic takingso none to show. Stock available was excellent - yellow tangs for £10!!!! Living conditions for non display tank specimens were appalling. You guys would be

Glad you are back and had a good trip to your sons Phil and your tank as survived,its amazing what fish they have in the markets in HK i stopped over when i went to Oz in the early 80s and it was same then no pics were allowed its as if they have something to hide which they have in the way they keep the fish as you say its not changed then. Hows the Sailfin these days hope hes ok and recovered from his change over. Twiggy
