Note/: two blocks of the roof is left clear to let light in. this is right next to the house on the north side of the house so doesnt get direct light at mid day

right i decided a bit a bak to take out 2 of my 3 mechanical filter sponges ( very hard to reach ones ) and replace my bio balls with LR . so i dont get unwanted nitrates.
