Default Buffalo TeraStation Pro 1.0 Terabyte Network Storage NAS

Buffalo TeraStation Pro 1.0 Terabyte Network Storage NAS

    Model: 1.0 TB: TS-1.0TGL/R5

Can be used to back up photo's, video's, music or anything else you'd like! Simply plug into your broadband router and is accessible from any PC on your home network! Got to be worth £80 just for a backup of pics IMO! Contains 4 hard drives so no data is lost if one fails (some config work will be required).

For the techies (geeks) among us, this can also be converted into a media server for use storing movies/music etc that can be streamed to PS3/Xbox 360 or any other compatible DNLA or UPNP Device!

The Buffalo TeraStation Pro Series of Terabyte Network Attached Storage offers powerful storage and server solutions for the SMB market.

Combining advanced fault tolerant data solutions, robust file security and Gigabit Ethernet networking, Buffalo TeraStation Pro allows users to deploy a simple, cost-effective data server to their office in literally minutes without cutting corners on features or expandability.

By offering a total of two USB 2.0 ports, the device can accommodate additional external USB hard drives for expanded networked storage or as backup targets.

With its quick swap hard drive trays, the Buffalo TeraStation Pro requires no computer knowledge to swap out replacement hard drives in seconds. This allows for significantly less down time and quicker drive recovery.

    £80 Collection
    P&P £10

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ADVERTISED ELSEWHERE!

To be honest it is fairly straight forward, if you just want to transfer files it's a doddle, simply plug into your broadband router, install the pc software and your away. can do complex stuff if required but out of the box is quite user friendly. That said I am an it manager so I would say that...

Just had the manual up and in its simples form (I will set it to this before I post) you simply plug in and install the software on your computer(s).

Then once it finds the NAS it will show up in your save menus and windows explorer etc etc.

Is a cracking bit of kit that cost us over £500 when bought just surplus to requirements... Can you please let me know ASAP as have someone else interested.
