    Default Aiptasia grief

    Hi all,
This is my first post on this forum, I hope it's in the correct section.
I have a riverreef 94 containing 10k of live rock.It has been running for 10 weeks now and all my readings have been excellent for the last 6 weeks.
    Temp 79f
    ph 8.2/8.4
    nitrate 0
    nitrite 0
    ammonia 0
    sg 1.024.
Running a v2 120 nano skimmer, koralia nano powerhead alongside two filter outlets.
    The rear filter chambers contain:-
    1.heater
2.1.5k live rock rubble, activated carbonand rowaphos sandwiched between two layers of filter floss.
    3.skimmer
    4.2 pumps.
    livestock:-2 peculas,1 indo firefish,1 yellow goby,3 cleaner shrimp,2 red leg hermits.
All are very healthy and feeding well.Feeding 2/3 times aday at random times.
The problem that I have is that I have found Aiptasia on one of my mushroom colonies. It has 12 mushrooms varieing in size from 1 inch to 2.5.
What is the best way to remove the Aiptasia without harming the mushrooms.
Sorry for the long winded post, but thought it would be best to give as much info as poss.

where are you based? lfs near me has loads in. i heat up the tip a screwdriver over a candle, remember exactly where each aip is, remove rock and use the screwdriver to burn them off. simple and satisfying.
