Hermit mystery carcase

Is something helping itself to my hermits?
I have found two carcases over the past week ,strange thing is its in my main reef tank and also in my little quarantine tank?
1 in each tank.
alls left is there legs there body is just like skin sucked dry so to speak
in the quarantine tank at the min is a small amount of rock one small green/white striped serpent star and one huge red serpent star thats it as far as I can see

mate it sounds more to me lke they have moulted their skin

yeah thought so..just inexperience not seen them molt b4 and then two together

yeah for some reason I never thought, on hermits!!.
seen blood shrimps boxers and cleaner skins but not hermits!!! lol
