How and what to feed clownfish?

hi all, hopefully i'll be getting my pair of fish today.
was just wondering what and how to feed it?
i bought some frozen mysis today (3 packs for £5) but that's all i have.
should i get some marine flakes as well? i had a look at New Era and they got a few different selections. marine flakes, marine pellets, herbibore flakes.... so which one should i go for?

also, regarding the frozen mysis, how do i offer it?
just chuck the cube in?
cut the cube and chuck half in?
thaw it before chucking it in? (and if so, do i put all of it in? ie including the juice?) i dont know what it looks like thawed.

clownfish eat clowns-sorry could not resist,yes get some flake also,that why not restricted to 1 food source,me orange clowns eat flake,mysis,bryne shrimp,marine mix and marine pellets,got flake and pellets of macca.

what make are your flakes and stuff?

oh, and your brine shrimps - are they live? the local pet shop sells live sea monkeys :p

I feed ocean nutrition & New Era flake and pellet 5-6 times a day for my fish (small amounts) then frozen once a day. The thing with quality flake/pellet is they are a complete meal so your fish get more nutrients etc. Also a full cube of frozen will be far too much for 2 small clowns. Imo you need to defrost 1 cube of food and it should last 4ish days. The frozen i feed my fish consists of lobster eggs, cyclops, chopped cockle and marine mix. I defrost 1 cube of each in a pot and that lasts me around 4-5 days (i do have some big fish). Mysis is not the best nutritionally:D and i'd stay away from brine shrimp as that has virtually no nutrition-live maybe as a treat once a week.

i think the mysis i got are ocean nutrition.
i'll get some new era flakes too. or am i best going for the herbibore flakes?
oh, and i'll just take chunks from the frozen cube then and defrost what i need?

my clowns wont touch flake has to be new era pellets crumbled hehe they also get about a quarter of a cube marine mix frozen food and they go wild for frozen fine mussel as a treat every few days.
There doing well on it! knocking out eggs every 2 weeks I worry about the little guy he spends all his time nursing and blowing on them and only gets a 3 day break between clutches:(

my clowns will eat anything i put in the tank but i mainly feed them on flake to give them all the nutritions they need
