We keep our hermit crabs together if that helps.

So translated above means stick with orange claw (that fight in Gaters tank :D) and avoid blue legged.

Would you ever feed th crabs as I had two very large blue legs and they eventually just died?

They only squabble between themselves-no fatalities. I don't feed the crabs they just pick (clean up) up any leftover food bits.
