    Default My 4ft bow softie tank

    Hi all

    Now my algae situation has seemed to have died down (touch wood lots:rolleyes: ) I thought Id put some pics up.

    The tank has no sump it just relies on LR and circulation,a turbo floater 1000 skimmer and a phosphate reactor.

    Lighting is 3x150w 10k halides, I know this is a bit much but I had my upgrade next year in mind when I bought them.

    The deelies in your last pic look like majano's to me. Might be worth getting some Joes Juice or suchlike and zapping them now before they get out of hand ;)

    Thanks alot, I love that gramma too, he's a great fish,Im getting a decent digi cam soon, so ill get some decent close ups of him:D

    Been away from forum for a while as I have been so busy with fixing and building cars:rolleyes:

    The upgrade is looming (got the tank:D ) so I thought Id better get my fishy head back on.
    My tank has been over run by Caulerpa but Im trying to keep on top of it:rolleyes:

    Hi nice setup there Dal i like the large leather, also how you have done the rock work it looks very natural.:D Eric
    I have upgraded to a 48x26x30inch with a 40x18x18 sump which as a Bubble Magus NAC7 skimmer with a Eheim compact 5,000 return pump.
