female>male anthias

here's my female anthias changing to male... Original male only half changed for some reason and stayed that way for 18months then unfortunately died. one of the others has decided to take up the vacancy.

I’ve got the same problem in my tank male just looks dirty rather than having the lovely purple yours is displaying. I’m wondering if adding a couple more ladies to his stable might convince him to go all the way.

the first fish never changed fully even having 3 ladies around but halfway through his change he developed an eye problem (i think he scratched it on the rockwork somehow) so that's maybe why he didnt fully change.
