He's about 20 days in now and this is a first for me but Im over the moon to top it off something Ive read about but never thought it would happen this quick, one of my three female Scalefin Anthias is turning into a male:eek:

The pics I have dont really show it up but you can see he/she is going very bright red between the scales and the tips of her fins ar going red too, they are all acting very strange stress I suppose heres the best pics I have they are just to fast and dont stop moving:D

Wow super tank and yet another candidate for TOTM in the future I reckon. Some nice looking zoo's mushies and pulse you've got and a few nice leathers also.
For 6 months in your doing a cracking job, well done.

then your a better camera man than me! Ive tried an N95 and then an LG Viewty (both 5MP) and mine are always either blurred, or if I use the 'sport' mode, washed out.

Do you use flash, Macro or alter any other setting?
PM me to save hijacking the thread if you like.

I just turn flash off and room lights off and put it on macro/close up mode the trick I use is to hold the button in sort of half way the camara will focus on it then press it fully works on corals and tank shots but most of my fish are far to fast to use this method so 9 out of 10 times its push and hope:D

the nokia n73 and n95 both have good camera's i now have the lg viewty all i can say is get the pics up on the pcs like dal has dont think there bad pics if you look at them on the phones screen because there not high enough res for the camera side of the phone. Ive even printed some of at a3 size without editing and there usually quite good
