its a bungalow on a hill so the front of the house is at ground level and the back is about 7ft above ground level leaving a useful underfloor area perfect for fishy business :D:D:D

Great pump but I see big lecy bills in your future. Still, looking at the project, it will be worth every penny when its up and running.

i've managed a bit more on the fish house,plumbed in a little sink with a feed for my RO,pressure is great,loads better than my old house,infact double,i've taken the RO waste out through the wall to my water butt aswell so might be able to use some of the waste on the garden

also found my first tropical tank,a fluval 13 gallon which should work a treat as a quarenteen tank as it has a small tube in the hood and i have a fluval 2+ internal filter,just a heater to find for it

have finished the plumbing on the drain side,put the hosepipe in the weir to test and alls well:)just waiting for my return pump to arrive then i can finish the return piping,have cranked up the ro unit to start filling the water change and part of sump then will start filling the display,i'm getting there:D

you might have to keep an eye on the aggression. IIRC the largest two sometimes gang up on the others and bullies them to death. dave saxby has a shoal of yellows, and regularly swaps the two largest for two small ones. hope yours do ok, they do look really nice.

not adding any more tangs so shouldnt be a problem plus i dont have the facilities to quarantine 4 tangs at once so couldn't add last,potters sound a very good buy

here's an update for ya mate,
been laying low whilst all the shenanigans regarding the site have been going on:D
first of all been battling with hair algae and still am,got a load of clean up crew off macca to top up existing CUC,got a kole tang and a algae blennie to help,just a matter of riding it out i hope:(
had a magnificent foxface for a short while in which time it managed to jump the tank 3 times so went back to a lfs:(idiot fish:D
on a more posotive note i went to a guy off the dark sides house to pick up a pair of true percs and a bubbletip and also came away with a lipstick,had to match ya mate and the same price you paid aswell,bargain:D
anyway,starting to enjoy the tank a bit more now,got some nice fish in now,
