hi,can anyone tell me how long live rock will last.

There was another recent thread where this cropped up. Can't find it though.

I think the thought was that live rock can have a limited lifespan, but this could be many years. Boring creatures / fish pecking at the rock all cause erosion. The thread also indicated that coralline algae may have the effect of reducing the rocks ability to cleanse the water.
