Hi Jamie it looks like you will be having to come down to Macca's in Harrogate for your stuff , he has good rock at a good price and all the dry goods you need also he is in the process of fitting out a fish system so get your self down make it some time soon and we can catch up. What it costs you in juice you will more than save off the stuff you buy , ask any of the lads from up your way they all come down. Twiggy:D:D

Up date, tank filled, salted, sand added, but I took 80% of it out its blowing all over the place...
I've put all the rock into the tank, but I'm not happy with the aquascaping yet,I'm looking to have 2 pillars of live rock in the tank,I just wanted to get the rock in the tank as quick as possible after transit...Its still a bit murky after the sandstorm....

Hi all
Thanks for the replies,Col its a 4x2x2 with a 41"x18"x18" sump both Tunxe are 6060 models, just hope I can keep this crushed coral on the bottom mate....
Cheers Jamie
My tank is 48x18x24 and the LPS are not too keen on too much flow. I have 6080 and seio (4400 lph). When i turned all pumps off the the LPS looked much bigger.
I've just removed the seio, will see what happens.
You got a hole drilled to stop syphoning on the return pipe?

Hi Col
I'll see how it goes with the 2 tunze's in the tank...No I got a hole drilled into the return pipe not to fused as the sump can take the extra water easy mate,I try lastnight...
Col how many LPS corals have you in your set up and how do you add your calcium mate...
Cheers Jamie
I've got:
Bubble, branching torch, hammer frag, candy cane.
i use labpak calcium stuff, add it to top up water when needed.

Hi Col
Do you mean Kalk mate,if so can you tell me how you set it up to dose and is it from a homemade vessel mate...
Cheers Jamie
No, not kalk, I use actual calcium supplement.
I used to use kalk in my auto top up, but don't bother now. It was simply a peri pump on a timer.

All looking very clean and heathly and a nice setup you've got there. Like the rock structure on the RHS , not too sure on the reef bones piled on top though, but looking good.
