Mine do this when they 'catch' food when i feed my fish and corals, Just a thought.

Yep, it's the feeding response. There is an article in Coral magazine about Gobies and Elephant Ears. Apparently in the wild the Gobies dart in and out stealing morsals of food as the coral closes around it's dinner.

It also says in the article that it's extremely rare for the Gobies to get caught out, trapped and eaten by the coral.

Yep, fed mine with some shrimp earlier and it did that till it had eaten the food.:)
