Tank Connectors

A 32mm tank connector needs a 43mm! hole and a 40mm tank connector requires a 55mm hole. Somehow I got this totally wrong and went for a 40mm hole and a 50mm hole. I am looking for any ideas at all. Does anyone know what size of hole is required for TMC tank connectors (TMC use imperial sizes)?

Imperial size - 1.5 inch TMC tank connector will hopefully be a fitting for the 50mm hole?? Any ideas.

Any ideas on the 40mm holes would be much appreciated.

Bulkhead fittings hole sizes

These are designed to plumb the tank i.e. these bits fit around the hole in your tank, worth noting the sizes quoted are the pipe that they are designed for. For example the 32mm fitting will take 32mm pipe and requires a hole of at least 43mm, if in any doubt please contact us.

Hole sizes
20mm/27mm
25mm/34mm
32mm/43mm
40mm/55mm
50mm/61mm
63mm/77mm.


or you could try an inch and a quarter

yep but I have drilled my holes at 40mmm and 50mm, Will these sizes take imperail bulk fitting? I am sure the 50mm will take a 1.5 inch tank connector but what about the 40mm? Any help
