My Xenia Frag

I've been given a Xenia Frag (thanks Dave) last week.

A couple of stems are looking very healthy and happy but other stems look very happy. My mushrooms are doing well.
Can anyone give any advice how to help the Xenia feel more at home.

Hi John,

Xenia is one of those corals that in some tanks will go rampent and in others fails to thrive.

There are lots of theorys why this may be, but I dont think there is one definitive answer. As this is a new addittion for your tank, maybe a little time will help.

i tried some in my tank it only lasted about a week before it gradually vanished,it appears to go mad in some tanks and others it just wont grow.could be down to low ph or lack of some additives.derek
