Anyone any recomendations for which skimmer to buy for a 76gallon (350l) tank to fit in a sump? best brand? Not got mega bucks to spend just one that does the job. :)

Hi i would say a Deltec MCE 600 or a MCE 500 you should get a S/H one for under £100. Also 350 litres is only 76 gallons before displacement. HTH Twiggy:D:D

I use the tmc v2 in my sump and couldnt fault it tbh!

Out of the 3 deltec (mce500, mce600 and apf600) is there only the mce600 that can sit in a sump? :)

MCE600 should be sat outside, the other two can be put in the sump.

I would have thought MCE 300 would do it £134.99 here. However MCE 500 is far better £179.05 here. Both are Deltecs. IMO the best affordable Skimmers around.
