Definately, get what you pay for. Seen a couple of jetstreams sold recently for a good price:D
Which ones were you thinking of John?

I was looking at the deltec PF 501 but they are a bit expensive or the V2 15000 but not sure on these either, I know Blue uses one of the V2's on his display tank and the growth on his corals has been outstanding since he put it on:D
I want one rated at or over 1000ltrs as what I have planned will have a high calcium demand:D:D

korrallin for me mate, great bit of kit,but for your size i dont think you'll do better than a schuran jetstream 1,think they generally fetch £200 second hand

i have used a knop c ok for a small tank say up to 90 gall max.
korallin 1501 good reactor and ok for 180 gall max the 3001 would be a better bet for you or even the 4001 :)
i now use a schuran and it is in a class of it`s own it pumps out loads of dkh:D
i think the grotechs are a good bit of kit but i don`t think you will get one second hand as not many people own them cheers gary

I use a Deltec PF509. One runs our 650 gallon reef system. I need just one bubble a second CO2 and a around 3-4 drips per second through put. Ity is fluidised so they are far more efficient than other makes. The media is also 100% phopshate free which as far as I am aware no other make can boast?
Cost here with CO2 set including media and solenoid control £269.78
