Hey, just got the prizm skimmer on and was wondering how long should it take for the bubbles to rise to the cup? If its not ment to when it starts :o
jeezzz they abit loud!

If its a new skimmer it can take up to 2 weeks before they 'bed in' and start operating correctly.
Alot of people adjust them to get them skimming, and then find that they overflow a few days later.
Give it a few days to settle down and see what is happening then.

Right well. i got the water going in.. bubbling.. exiting.. only a small layer of foam/bubbles in the middle section.. overflowing - how... via the top?

Yeah they can fill the skimmer cup from time to time, But im 90% sure prizm's are designed not to:D

as stated they can take a bit to settle in,just monitor it for a couple of days because they can overflow quite a bit when first used just keep adjusting it if it does.derek
