Its an AR620 set up with just the live rock for filtration the lights will be upgraded to T5's as soon as the ballasts arrive, should give more of a white light rather than the pink light that these are giving off.

Looks nice John.

Can I ask what you are planning with the lights?

I know that the AR620 has 2 x 18w PCs, same as in the Orca Nano, so just wondering as PCs are usually brighter than T5 for the same length bulb.

Cheers,
Campbell

Hi campbell.

that tank is not fitted with pc's it has two t8's with pink tints more set up for trops and plants. they are not branded aqua one, they are something like aqua via. :)

plus the fitting arnt water proof and the ballests produce too much heat to be in the lid.

Ive found a waterproof light fitting that encapsulate the tube plus end caps in a clear tube, these should help protect the T5's from splashes aswell.
