I picked up one of these guys Saturday, acclimitised him as usual (float 20 mins, add a cup of water every 5 mins x 3 ) then net into tank.

I saw him that night hovering around my pump under the rockwork and have not seem him since.

Are they shy, or has something nasty happened to him?

I wouldn't bank on seeing him again Greg, only fleeting glances as you catch him whizz behind some rock.

They are a small shy fish, and in a tank your size will probably never be sat out on show.

Never know though, you may get lucky.

I would nt worry to much my mates had one for a wile and he hardly ever sees his there quite shy.

well he's alive, saw him at feeding time, silly sod appears to live under the large pump I have underneath my live rock!!

I hope he gets bolder with time!
