I'm thinking of getting an ozone unit and wondered if anyone has had any experience with these devices and could explain the benefits. Also, why the need for an ORP monitor? Thanks

DO NOT USE ORP CONTROL. ALL CONTROLLERS AVAILABLE TO THE HOBBYISTS ARE IN ACCURATE. OZONE CAN BE EXTREMELLY DANGROUS IF USED INCORRECTLY! Read my current article in Marine World (O2 Too Low?, part II). It deals with all the background and safe use of ozone. I can advise you exactly how to use it, but read the article first. I would have to spend £2,000+ to get an accurate controller. This is a trade price! The ozonisers in the article are not currently available.
