underwater pics

hi all i was a bit boared so i thought i would show some of my underwater photo's iv'e taken just with one of them throw away camara's you get from boots all are taken around the maldives.unfortunatly the maldives suffered badly from el nino so a lot of the coral was bleached these were taken 2003/4 i know there not great quality but not bad from a throw away

:) the tank is still going ahead defo just might take a little longer lol as for the pics couden't tell you m8 iam not that organised maybe from all 3 dunno

well Steve looks like your a big fan of the Maldives. The island were going to is meemu atoll 140km south of male, have you been there ? if so whats it like. stevie

hi stevie no i haven't been that far south i think meemu atoll has 2 resort islands as far as i know medhufushi & hakuraa,hakuraa's the one with all the water bungalows which ever one it is iam sure you will have fab time,you also picked a good time of year to go weather wise iv'e been twice in feb when we hardly saw a cloud in the sky and once in oct when it rained solid for 5 days :( at least it was warm rain lol just watch out for them failing coconuts when it's windy

hi stevie like many of the resorts in the maldives hakuraa was hit quite bad by the 2004 tsunami as was also the one iam going to next year which is olhuveli,but a lot of money has been spent on quite a few of the resorts islands so not a problem iam sure you will have a great time i would love to stay in one of them water bungalows.but that's out of my price range still i feel lucky iv'e been 3 times and going back again can't wait

Some great dives around that island especially the Kuredu Express.

just a few more pics i did want to get closer to the moray but they look quite menasing,as for the titan trigger in the last pic one did go for me not that one in photo lucky i had my flippers on but it still tried to bite them 4 times before it gave,after that i tried to stay clear whenever i saw one
