You need a qt tank, nothing too spectacular but somewhere you can treat them under controlled conditions.

Acriflavin or formalin are the best way forward, if you can get hold of either. Are you certain of the diagnosis, because if you're correct then you need to do something tonight, not tomorrow or Monday. Dosage instructions for Acriflavin are 6PPM dosed over 11 days on days 1,2,3,5,7,11. No skimmer, carbon, ozone or UV while treating.
