Looks like a nice bit of kit, i'd love one for the upgrade tank but the price will have to drop or i'll have to get back down the red light area again to earn some cash...all those 50p's do mount up!

Have you seen these bulbs Kev?

i'd be skeptical about heat issues in a unit that small with 9 led's. and i think they look too focussed so wouldn't blend too well. good for nano's and picos.

kev, there was a very similar unit for sale on the darkside. was about 400 quid iirc.

Well I guess it is cheap if you have the money spare heh, yes my shiny new avatar is pretty epilepsy inducing isn't it?
I just wanted a change but you are so limited on here, even off site links have to be the same tiny filesize as on site pics for some reason, this was just the first i found of the right filesize...i fear it won't be lasting long, its even annoying me!

hahah bet that takes some doing, it was a pain also uploading pics on to the site kept forgetting to change the camera to 5mp from 12mp then to upload you had to do it through photobucket or facebook double ballache

haha thought i would join the club
