These type of threads are NOT allowed. As most should know this type of thread can lead to legal action against the board owners. If any members have had any bad dealings with L.F.S's then firstly take your complaint back to that L.F.S's. Most of the time they will try to help if they can. If they will not help go to the relavent departments. If you must bring your
Grievances onto boards like this Please do not name Individual outlets. You could do this privately via the P.M. button.

Thanks Ian, Tangman and all other board members for some good advice. I see both sides of the story. One from a business side and one from a customers. I myself have let a few people down this week alone. I don't mean to do it it is just overlooked due to not be organised and having family matters to deal with. If a business lets you down then you can voice you disapproval by not shopping again. I myself have let a board member down this week due to reasons above but I will hopefully get on his/her good books once they finally receive their order with extras.
To name and shame is a bad idea for legal reasons already stated but I do believe if you have been treated in a bad manner then you should be able to tell you fellow hobbyists of your experince. This must be made private and not public.
I hope the company in question sees sence and gives you the information you require. What I have learned during my time on this planet is most bad experiences are a result of poor communication.
