I am selling my series 5 2006 bailey pageant provence on a paid for the season plot at brean down in somerset, the van has a built in CD player, 80 channel TV system (not the tv) A awning BBQ point, A fridge freezer, A double Oven, A shower inside a proper shower cubicle, a seperate toilet and bathroom sink in its own room, it sleeps 5 people, and has a seperate area which has a wooden door so you can seperate the kids from yourself at bedtime, it has 2 dining room tables, full carpets laid, a 2 kw water heater, full blown central heating and a shed full of fishing tackle and other essential accessories, it is situated on a plot next to a lake with ducks and geese, it is 500 mtrs max from a 7 mile beech and is located at Holiday Resort Unity on the main coast road.

Facilities at HRU include a entertainment club which has famous guests regulary throughout the year providing shows etc, it also has bingo and kids entertainment staff, kids games etc, kids disco etc a full blown american resturant and bars with cold beers etc, there is also a chinese takeaway, a english chippy, a cafe, and a large supermarket on site, there are also arcades and a golf course, plus new swimming pool and outside water park, plus there is a themed fun park with dozens of rides and a free onsite train to take you around the resort and back to your caravan free of charge. a sub way 5 mins walk away belonging to the site as well as being completely opposite Berrow sand dunes and beech.

here are a few shots of the van and the lake, I can probably get some of the golf course and entertainment centre when I go down next.

All for the Cost of £7,500.00 not negotiable, a bargain at this cost with the paid site fees.

Most photos were taken out of season, and all are from the site and the leisure park, as mentioned I will get some more next time I go down, may be thursday this week.

You can always drive this one off the site in november and take it home with you.
