Jet nose?

Recently in an LFS was fascinated by an unusual looking fish (appeared to be running around on the bottom of the tank on 'legs') and just wanted to find out more about it, was told it was a Jet nose, have googled but have been unable to find any further info on it- does anyone know it's scientific name or any other name it may go by or a link to any further info?
