I have worms - oooer (don't look if squeamish)

I removed all the bioballs we had in our sump the other day. I knew they were full of life and couldn't bear the idea of just removing them and killing everything. So I removed 1 bioball at a time and picked off any bristleworms, pods, snails, starfish with tweazers. It took me over 3 hours !!! As I couldn't believe how many bristleworms I was removing, about half way through I decided to keep them in a jug to see how many I got in the end. Here's the results, one overall and couple of close-ups:
