Hello Jon, welcome to the site.
I am sure there was a thread in with peoples sump setups in, that would be a good read for you. I will try and search it out for you.

hi jon m,welcome aboard, re sumps, just set up a 67x20 x15 inhs sump to run my 6x2x2 reef tank, its simple to do, divide the sump tank up in to 3 sections,1 for bioballs overflowing to 2 filled with filter floss with a slot cut in the bottom of 3 to your engine compartment with all your equipment in . if you use a big enough return pump into the top tank to force the water onto the front glass of your tank, you will not need to fill the tank with junk,ie powerheads, waveboxes etc so you save money that way.
if more info needed give me a shout.
brian.

Excellent read here Jon, also explains overflow boxes, should you want to go down that route.

Welcome Jon. There is a livestock section for you to advertise your frags on. But you will not be able to advertise on here until you have over fifty posts. H.T.H :)
