cheers Eric. I'm going steady, got a stocking list planned of suitable additions, just playing things slowly to let the tank mature again and also give myself a chance to save some cash for goodies. Also only buying from good local sources and places I trust.

gorgeous tank and position, the sun coral could become a beauty if it starts to grow, my favorite coral bar none, what camera did you use when you took those photos fella?

cheers m8.. camera is a Canon 300d DSRL, a bit old now but takes some decent images. Got a nice new addition so will post some pics when I get chance.

I thought it must have been a decent camera, im pretty new to the photography game and havent worked out how to ue them properly yet, some of your photos are great in quality, we could do with a guide to how to use them for novices like me.

sorry to hear ray i think thats what happend to me early this year i lost 17 fish some i had had for 5 years to hope it works out this time

cheers guys... my asparagus tip colonies are sulking in the pics. I added some ethromycin to rid myself of some cyano and I either OD'd or that coral is particularly sensitive to it doh!.. Top stuff tho the cyano was gone in 24hrs and i've never seen the tank so clean. Params 4 days after addition of the cyano buster are PH 8.1, DKH 9, NO3 <5, PO4 <0.03

Also last night I spotted a Eunice worm!.. quite a size too.. No idea how it got in there as i've not added any live rock for years. Must've come in very tiny on a frag and has been growing ever since. This guy is toast once I can catch it. Going to try the prawn on a string, red torch and some long tongs approach first as I dont really want to dismantle the rock. From where I saw the head appear it's in a supporting piece of rock (aint that always the case).. I dont want this beast taking fish so he's a gonner as soon as...

Dont add a Copperband with a Yellow Tang as it will hammer it. If you want a CB take the YT out when you swop over the tanks and sump him then add CB and a few weeks after when CB is eating ok put YT back in. Twiggy
