Hi all,

Just got my new frogspawn Coral today

Anyhow all settled in fine! - Looked great as pic:

Then returned to it a few hours later... seems to have white worms on it... or something, and also has shrunk right down......(its also releasing stringy stuff)

10240Just wondered if anyone could help with the worms or whatever they are, ... not to bothered about it taking a Cr@P !

lol

cheers guys

euphyllias, frogspawns, hammers, etc etc, have a delicate membrane round their polyps, this must not get damaged as it can cause brown jelly infection. The stringy white bits are the coral showing a little stress.

It is important not to have the polyp or any of its membrane touching rock work etc.The coral should be able to open without obstacles in it way.

Brown stringy bits are usually poop.
