wow that's an amazin looking tropical tank. i been keeping tropical for about 10 years before i broke into marine about 3 years ago as well. my 3ft tank split last week so my remaining fish are currently bein housed in a small fish "R" fun tank, about 60litres. can't wait to get another larger tank and reset up. gonna use ur pics as a guide to get the best out of the tank.

thank you, i was intending on keeping them but just felt so sorry for the tank and the fish they never did any maintenance and the crap internal filter wasnt even working filled with slime and gunk i gave them £50 for the tank i miss the tropical one though, maybe in the future after my marine upgrade might get another

lol, i'm the same. when i split up from my ex wife, i moved out the marital home and decided to let it out, as i was moving into a mates house i had to sell my aquaone 620t tank that was set up as a marine, and the tenant agreed to look after the tropical. went down when i got my new house to collect some furniture n when i saw the tropical tank i could of cried. the fluval 3 had stopped working, the heater had actually broke in the tank, the pump had burned out and the light wasn't workin. also out of all the fish and plants i left her their was my pleco at 12", 2 khuli loaches and 1 neon tetra left. i drained it down and took it with me, that the one that split last week. i'm currently in process of planning a tank upgrade, from a juwel rio 400 to a custom built 36" x 36" x 36" cube tank.

Got a tank from the inlaws 2 doors away only a 2ft one felt sorry for the fish as hes got 3 tanks and not very well looked after. The eldest daughter wanted it in her bedroom so had no choice lol threw all the crappy normal pebble stones away and bought some more red gravel, shoved a few plants in and turned the temp down from 29deg to 26deg and doing a lot better now ever breading which they never did whilst at his house, will put a pic up a little later
