We've got the Arcadia 3 Series 2x250w unit, the one with the digital timer. I really like it. Can be a bit awkward getting the bulbs back out though if you don't use vaseline. One of the bulb holders broke once too, but Arcadia sent out a replacement no questions asked. So I'd say customer service was pretty good. Ours was second hand but unused, got it for about £350 just over 2 years ago. IMHO, you can't go much wrong with one of these units ;)

Hi,
I have the twin 150's, with digital timer, very happy with it.
I paid £200 second hand.
Did not employ the vaseline trick however when I replaced the bulbs, so looks like I will be having fun, next bulb change time.

dont worry about it , the 150w are totally dif to the 250w as they slide in rather than push in, if that makes sense:confused: lol
