I used to a have a steinetz shrimp goby paired with a tiger pistol shrimp. They were a lovely couple but about March time, the shrimp disappeared. Guess he must've died. Have been looking around for a new shrimp for the goby but this has now been put on hold. Cause in the meantime, the steinetz has paired up with my...citrus goby :?
They live together in the same burrow and the steinetz treats the citrus as though he was a shrimp, ie taking food to him and keeping an eye on him when he's out and about. They even sit leaning against one another in the entrance to the burrow. It is sooooo cute - need to try and get a pic.
Anyone else have odd couples in their tanks?
